Subscription Refund Policy

and high-quality service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't
work out as expected. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Monthly Subscriptions:
Cancellation
within the Initial Period: For new monthly subscriptions, you may cancel within
14 days of your initial purchase date and receive a full refund,
if you have not excessively used the software beyond a reasonable trial
period (as determined by us).

Refunds After the Initial Period: After the initial cancellation period,
monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription
after this period, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle,
but your access to the software will continue until the end of that cycle.

Yearly Subscriptions:
Cancellation

if you have not excessively used the software beyond a reasonable trial
period (as determined by us).
After
the initial cancellation period, if you choose to cancel your yearly
subscription, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused
portion of your subscription. Your access to the software will continue until
the end of your current annual billing cycle.

granted simply due to a change of mind after the initial refund period has
expired. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate our software during any
available trial period or within the initial refund window.
Technical
Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from
using the software as intended and our support team is unable to resolve1 these
issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund, even
outside the initial period. We will require you to provide sufficient
information and allow us reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issues.
Third-Party
Charges: This refund policy applies only to the subscription fees paid directly
to us. We are not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment
processors or other services you may use in connection with our software.
